Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocFlo (“the Service”) at docflo.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocFlo provides browser-based PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, watermarking, and editing PDF documents. Tools are available on a free tier with usage limits, and a paid Pro tier with extended limits.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DocFlo to:

  • Process files that contain illegal content or violate third-party rights
  • Circumvent usage limits through automation, scripts, or multiple accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Your Files

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. By uploading files, you grant DocFlo a limited, temporary licence to process those files solely to provide the requested operation. Files are deleted immediately after processing and are never retained, shared, or used for any other purpose.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service did not function as described. Contact support@docflo.app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which DocFlo operates.
